so this getting in as many books as i can before next semester (when my english classes start which = no more reading what i want) is going rather well. books recently read...
Been Down So Long It Looks Like Up to me by Richard Farina: dont waste your time with this one. it was ok, but i wouldve stopped reading it 40 pages in if it hadnt been recomended to me.
Farenheit 451: if you hated in 9th grade, read it again cause i did too. its actually quite frightening. one of my favorite books now. :)
The Crying OF Lot 49: so i always read the title as the crying lot of 49, and the whole book i couldnt figure out the title, then at the end of the book they mention something about the crying of lot 49 and i was like "hey thats the title of the book only not" and then i looked at the cover again and "oh fuck. i havent read the title right once. now it makes sense." i am a genius
Trout Fishing in America: excellent. go read this book. supposedly this is his best book, and even Brautigan though so, so much so that he killed himself after it was published.
Private Parts: Really funny. Ive never even listened to his show and i still thought it was funny.
so next on the list is Miss America (half way through, thats pretty funny too) and The Dark is Rising (one chapter in. A lot of parents have told me it was their harry potter growing up and a few poeple at work like it a lot too. so we'll see.)
i should go practice. its already wednesday. bleh is it break yet?

apparently harry potter is so popular in france that when the fifth book came out they didnt feel like waiting for it to be translated into french. The UK version was the top selling book in France, the first time an english langauge book had made number one in that country.
that being said i should probably get back to writing my paper (which luckly is on harry potter!).

Upon arriving home from Astronomy earlier this evening, I witnessed Wilhelm take his last breaths of life. At 6:56 pm Wilhelm departed our world. WILHELM!!!!!!! WHY?????????? Wilhelm, the first pet i've ever had is now gone. :( The poor guy, he really hated it here. What strikes me as most bizar about this is when I got home from astronomy he was a ghostly whitish pinkish color, I go put up an away message and such, looking away from wilhelm for like all of 2 minutes, then i look at him again and he went back to his normal color. not one hint of that white color. weird. Well at any rate, Wilhelm shall be greatly missed, I dont like the idea of having an empty fish bowl. I've been watching wilhelm swim in there for a year and half, its awkward to see it empty. Oh Wilhelm.

wilhelm is on the brink of death for real this time. everytime i look at him i am afraid he is about to float to the top. he cant even keep himself upright, he gets stuck. he looks like a ghost. hes acting like every breath is such a struggle and as if its going to be the last. he is huge and his scales are really popping out. :( i hate rowan, and apparently so does wilhelm.

alright so some idiot on my floor stuck a fork in my door and the fork broke in the lock so now my lock doesnt work. after discovering this they tell me i should mingle with the rest of the floor more and that people are dying to be on this floor. id like to know whose theese people are cause id gladly trade.

alright. the little mermaid is a good movie and all, but lets be honest. there is no reason to get a tatto of ariel, or any character from the movie for that matter.
today has defitnly been an exhausting day. the weekend needs to stop taking its sweet ass time about getting here. the sooner it comes the sooner ill be in point again. :)

sam from flute ensamble invited me to join her at turned up tuesday with her suitmates. we watched gold medalist jugglers. it was dumb. people here suck. sara misses having friends other than her boyfriend (not that she doesnt miss him dearly). is it saturday night yet?
today is six months :)

i just beat the first castle in yoshi's island (or atleast i think that what this game was i called, you know the doughnut shaped island it was for super nintendo)
i hate rowan.

I jsut picked up The Clash's London Calling from the library since I only had a few songs from it on my computer. Now I rember why i neevr finished copying it! while there are a few good songs on london calling let's face it, that album sucks.

the second pirates of the carribean movie is one of the most stressful movies i have ever watched. i would like to throw myself at a tractor trailor about to flip over on the turnpike. it was a good movie though.
